Coffee

Shade-grown estates with quality at the cup

Arabica and Robusta plantation design under multi-tier shade, soil health programmes and harvest-to-processing workflow advisory.

Coffee

Coffee is a craft as much as a crop — and our practice reflects that. We design and improve estates across the Western Ghats, balancing arabica's quality premium with robusta's hardier yield. Multi-tier shade, soil organic matter, and pruning are the three levers that compound into great cup quality over the years. Beyond the field, we advise on pulping, fermentation, drying-bed design and storage — the steps where most of a season's quality is silently lost. The result: traceable, specialty-grade lots that command real price premiums.
